Hello.  Our 2026 Summer Flower Show is coming up on the 11th of July.  Find all the details including how to take part at our Shows & Events page.   You’ll find information about all of our events here, including pictures of our 2026 Spring Flower Show, our garden trips and the community gardening days at the Jack Verrall Memorial Garden in Brenchley.  Our Winter Talks have concluded for this season, they’ll be back in October, but in the meantime you can browse through our reports to catch up with anything you missed.

The society is here to help its members develop their interest in gardening by holding talks on horticultural topics and arranging visits to gardens of interest.  We hold shows where members and non-members can exhibit their flowers, fruit, vegetables and cookery skills.

Whenever possible we arrange social gatherings so that members can meet like-minded people.   Members also benefit from our purchasing arrangements with seed and bulb suppliers at advantageous prices.
